For all made-to-order dolls, we will send you photos before making the shipment. Please make sure you submit the correct email address so that you can receive your doll photos. And make sure that our email won’t go into your spam box.

Shipping and Packaging

Due to the current Covid-19 situation and the constant improving or worsening conditions in different countries, the Covid-19 Shipping Time is only indicative. All our sex dolls are delivered in 100% discrete packaging. Sex dolls arrive in a plain brown box. The contents will be stated as “Mannequin” on the customs declaration.

Average Production Time

Custom Doll:
UsA and custom TPE sex dolls for 1-2 weeks (hair implantation may prolong processing time).
Custom silicone sex doll 2-3 weeks.

USA & Canada & AU: 10-20 days.
EU UK: 30-45 days.
Switzerland, Norway: 5-7 days.
USA & EU Stock Doll: 3-10 days.
