The official photos were taken by professional photographers under professional lighting, so don’t expect them to look exactly 100% the same. We do our best to make the makeup same as the official photos you see on our website, but please allow a fine distinction. Thank you for your understanding! We will not ship dolls until customers are completely satisfied. If you are not fully satisfied with how your doll looks in the factory photos, please let us know and we will adjust the makeup or fix any other problems you see. We will not ship dolls without your approval. However, once the order is shipped out, it cannot be changed anymore.
